NORO reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, payment concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available unless specifically stated on the website.

Shipping Charges

Incorrect Address Information

Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

If a package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, customers should:

  • Take photographs immediately.

  • Contact NORO within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.
