Return & Refund Policy

At NORO, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@noro.in with your order number and photographs of the product (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
